  • Q. I beleive I'm a good person therefore if God is real & heaven is real then I know I will be going to heaven!

  • A. Most people that beleive they're good, do so because we compare ourselves to someone that's worse then us and then we come to the conclussion that we are good, but God is the one who invented the defenition of what being good is, and it's his standard that we must pass, some people convince themselves they are good by making statements like, "I'm a good person, I never killed anybody" God has a moral law that He has placed within each one of us and has placed our concious in us to act as an alarm when we are doing something wrong, but all of us have learned to ignore the inner warning when we do wrong through the years and in a sense we have become amune to not hearing it, so when we do wrong we just say something like "that's just being human" God says in His word that no one is good and that we have all willingly done wrong (sinned) against God and others, for example, have you ever lied? even a white lie? that makes you a lier, have you ever stolen anything? even something that we consider normal to do these days like downloading music without paying for it or illegally copying movies or buying copied movies? that makes you a thief, or talking bad behind peoples back (gossip), or sex before marriage etc... you see no one is good we have all done wrong (sinned) against God and others and because of this God must punish sin because if He doesnt then He is not a good judge but a corrupted one who overlooks peoples crimes, what He asks from us it to be humble enough to admit that we are not good and we have done wrong against God and others and ask God to forgive us & accept the punishment that Jesus paid on our behalf for our crimes on the cross and be willing to turn from the things we know we shouldnt do. to better understand this please watch "How to go to Heaven" in the "What is it all about then?" Page on the left menu, infact after watching that one, please watch all the videos in that menu because they will help give you a better understand on this matter

  • Q. I beleive in God! but I dont accept that Jesus Christ is the only way to go to heaven! so are you saying that God would not accept me into heaven because of this?

  • A. Firstly we should thank God that there is even one way, we dont even deserve that there should be any way let alone many, think about it like this, if you were to ask me how to get to my house, and I explain that there is honeslty one way to get to my house and I explain the directions and what you have to do to get to my house, but then you turn around and say "well i dont beleive that it's the only way" and therefore you dont accept my directions" even though you have your free will to reject my way and decide your own way or try to take other paths to get to my house in the end the way i told you was still the only way no matter what you think, and where you ended up was upto you and you did that to yourself because you willingly rejected the only way to get to my house, it is the same with God, heaven is the home we all want to get to, but God said that He made only one way, and that is by His Son Jesus Christ, Jesus said I am the way, the truth and the life no one will come to the father (God and into Heaven) but by me. God also sais in the Bible, there is no other name that a person can be saved (from there sin & allowed into heaven) accept by Jesus Christ.

  • Q. Why would a good & loving God send someone to hell?

  • A. Please watch "23 minutes in Hell by Bill Wiese" because he addresses many of the questions people have about hell. (you will find this video in the "Eternity! - Real After Death Experiences" Menu)

  • Q. Who created God? if we came from Him where did He come from?

  • A. This question has an assumption, the assumption is that because we were created and had a begining that this must mean that God must have been created and had a begining, but God calls Himself the eternal one because He always just was and is and always will be, and then He decided to create us, God is outside and is not bound by time & space, because He created those laws, and because we are subject to time and space, and everything that begins always ends, then we think God must have begun from somewhere also, but this is because we cannot coprehend what it is to be eternal.

  • Q. If God can do anything, Can He create a rock that is so heavy that He couldn't even lift up?

  • A. He probably can but He wouldn't be stupid enough to. and even if He did He is smart enough to design something to help Him lift it. But come to think about it maybe He could just decide to make Himself bigger then the rock He created just because He feels like it, in any case He can do what ever He feels like since He's God and is not bound by limitations.

  • Q. If God is so caring & loving why does He allow innocent children to starve in third world contries? Why doesnt He do something about that?

  • A. Many people want to blame God about everything because if we blame someone else for the things that are wrong in this world then we dont have to personally do anything about it, God makes it very clear in the Bible that He has given the earth to us humans and we are to help the poor the needy, the homeless, the hungry etc... but many of us are selfish & rather spend $1000-$5000 to buy a third LCD TV for our house or accumilate so much materials that we need to rent storage spaces to hold our stuff that we could easily sell and help the poor with, most people that think like this wont even think about buying a plane ticket to go to a third world country themselves and spend that money on food to feed the poor, needy etc... if everyone started getting their hands dirty to help change the things that they see need help changing then this world would be a much better place, we must take responsibility for what we have allowed to happen to fellow humans, because of our sitting back in our comftable homes while nagging and pointing fingers about the needs of this world but never willing to personally do something about it. What I'm trying to say is, It's not God's fault, it's ours.
